We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance for standard balloon décor. For custom designs or busy seasons, 6–8 weeks is ideal to ensure availability. Helium and arrangements can be order a week in advanced.

Yes! We offer delivery and professional setup for most services. Some items, like “grab-and-go” garlands, are pick-up or delivery only and do not include setup.

Our installs start at $600, $150 for deliveries. Working with a smaller budget? Anything less can be made fully constructed and available for pickup (see Grab & Go’s).

Helium balloons typically last 12–24 hours for small bouquets and up to 3–5 days for larger designs, depending on environmental conditions. Latex balloons last longer if kept indoors and away from direct sunlight.

For certain services, like balloon garlands or focal point installs, the backdrop or space should be ready before our arrival to ensures proper setup and timing. If the space is not ready, we cannot guarantee set up installation time.

Yes! We offer rental backdrops and certain décor items.

We try to accommodate changes whenever possible, but large changes may be limited depending on timing and complexity.

We accept payment via credit card, Zelle, and PayPal. A deposit is required to secure your date.

Deposits are non-refundable after 45 days prior to the event. Any cancellations before that timeframe may receive a partial refund. Custom designs are non refundable.

Yes! We create décor for corporate events, school functions, and other professional gatherings, and can tailor designs to match branding or themes.
